Is the shopping cart secure?

My website uses domain forwarding and when i go to click on the shopping cart i get a message that i am about to enter a secure section. However, when i get there, the web address still has my domain name at the top (meaning no https:// prefix) and the lock icon at the bottom right corner of my IE browser still shows unlocked. Typically when i shop online i'll look for these 2 items to give me some confidence that the site im buying from is secure. I'm pretty sure it is secure, but it doesn't appear to be so. Is there any way to fix this so at least in the eyes of the customer it looks safe?

What is most likely happening is that you have our site framed instead of using a proper cname alias. This is but one of the MANY reason we don't recommend using frames.
The website is http://www.pixelsinmotionphotography.com/. Its still a work in progress but any help i can get would be appreciated!
Another question: Is there any way to store a word or excel file on there? Or does it need to be stored offsite?
If so, what other options would i have to modify the look of the site aside from hosting elsewhere? Should i get rid of the header/footer html code?
Would configuring the cname via my domain registrar fix it?
doncha just wanna give jt a big ole sloppy kiss? jt rawks

His site, and mine, are still showing up as unsecure when I visit them in IE (but not Firefox). I have the security settings on medium in the Internet Options. When I use the original URL (volpephoto.smugmug.com) for my site it works fine, but when I use volpephoto.com it can't see the security certificate. I had my registrar change the CNAME recently (it was using frames before too), could someone verify that the CNAME is now changed? And why does his site still show up unsecure for me even though his cname was changed?
Any help would be appreciated as customers have been complaining about not being able to order prints.
