Macro rail recommendation?

I'm planning to experiment with the "reversed lens" approach to super-macro photography -- specifically with a 200mm prime mounted normally on the camera, with a 20mm or 28mm reverse-mounted in front of it using a filter-thread-to-filter-thread adapter for magnification beyond what even an MP-E 65 can do normally. I want to get a macro rail to mount on my tripod to make focusing simpler. What rails do folks around here recommend?
Amazon offers what look to me like good rails from Adorama and Hakuba that offer motion in two dimensions. Do these work well?
