    This looks very nice to me. My only thought: the animals face (camera left) might benefit from a slight dodge.

    lol3.gif +1 more... Its a hairline thing.

    Very much like where your going with this work. Pretty sweet. Really like
    the very light color to the background as seen at hind quarters/legs and belly
    plus across the back.

    This job was done on location in the artists studio - Working with the gelled BG light, I find it's pretty tough without my calibrated monitor on hand. I find it HARD to judge both it's fall-off and intensity... Then there's the nuances of coming out of my light controlled tog'ers studio, into one that's completely whited out (walls AND ceiling). Once I had all the angles figured out, I took a series of shots that had varying powers of light, coupled with different flagging setups. In the end, I *think* we did alright.

    The Taxidermist seems happy. He had me do a HUGE black bear today and left me with a pile of deer to shoot up too. In the morning, I start on a nice example of a local Whitetail....
