Gallery Image Not Sizing Properly

This one just has me scratching my head. :dunno
In the gallery http://photos.bradfordbenn.com/Videos/Sharing/Windows-Boot-Problem/ the first picture <http://photos.bradfordbenn.com/Videos/Sharing/Windows-Boot-Problem/12904087_HsWAU#932219488_M347f> shows up as square in the right hand side where the image should be. When one clicks on it, it is the right size and shape. The other images are the right size and shape.
Any ideas?
Also while looking, can you fix my Windows machine?
