Hmm seems kind of a standard point about the dark images. I think I se things a bit differently to the standard.. I really like the dynamic chairoscuro, maybe thats just the painting side of my brain... I agree that sometimes there is to dark, but I dont always look for the perfect light setting... thanks for the compliments

Good series - rather like the look of #3.
With the difficulty of getting good light in macro it can be hard to guess whether the photog has purposely gone for lighting that is a bit different to the norm.
