This beefcake landed on my truck's roof this morning while I was having coffee on the porch. Wonder if he will blow off while I'm driving?

I was concerned about that but when I checked he was gentle and left no scratches. I have enough desert pin striping on my 4Runner already. :D

Beefcake!! That's hilarious, I did not know what to expect. That is a pretty good start to the morning.

Wow. Did you have your coffee cup in one hand and the camera in the other, just in case? Love owls, love the pictures.

Thanks for looking and the comments.

My camera just happened to have the right lens on it and was just inside the house. I was lucky the owl stayed put while I got my camera.

They are not tack sharp by any means but still good enough to enjoy. :D

Nice captures. You should have coffee there more often. Love the eyes in the first shot.......

    Thanks for looking.

I had to use a flash since it was still very early light and he was backlit by it. If you think red eye in people is a challenge check out this red eye in an Owl! :wow

I did the best I could but you can still see the eyes are different due to the attempted red eye fix.
