This is an awesome series! If it wasn't for the Crown Vic in the background of the first couple of images Ida sworn these were shot in the early fifties.
I love the red light and siren mounted on the fender of the black Chevy. That's the way it was before someone invented the rotating "Gum Ball Machine".

Great work all around clap.
Thanks Chuck,
That Crown Vic is pretty cool in it's own right. I'll post up a picture of it later. It is painted half and half. Front half; police car with a message about what it cost for drunk driving, and a ride in this car ~ Back half; taxi cab, and how much cheaper it is to take that ride if impaired.

Well, Randy, it's good to see you up to your spectacular tricks. I've seen this scene many times myself and you have certainly captured it very well. Your chosen PP works really well here.
Take care my brother,
Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.
I love the processing you use in your photos. I don't much when it come to PP, could you share what you do? Is it a certain program or action?
Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,
This processing was done in LightRoom2.7. It's what I call "seat-o-the-pants" processing. I have over time created some presets. I might use one of those to get me in the ballpark of what I'm after, then I just play until it looks how I want it to.
I know that's not as simple as "this action or that", but it is what it is...

Do they still patrol in those cars?

Thanks Don,
Still looks like they could!
They should wear period uniforms and haircuts and use words like "dame."
Cool set, Randy. The processing fits the subject well.
Thanks for looking and commenting Richard!
I too would tend to agree with this statement. thumb
Thanks DB

It's a good way to get the message across.
Thank you kindly Gary!

Glad it stacks up for someone that has seen it in person.
Thanks,
Chris
