    Just curious what you have that is doing better than what this lens does? I have had mine for about 6mo, and I'm finding that I am reaching for it more times than I expected.

    Whoever buys this lens is a lucky guy.

    I use a 70-200 F4L and a 50mm 1.8 Prime for most of my work. I just don't shoot wide angle stuff very often and the 50mm covered it. However, I did buy a Tokina AT-X AF 2.8/28-70 mm to replace the F4L since it has the same build quality minus the IS for only $300. If you're ok without the IS, Tokina really kicks ass!
