Does anyone have this problem...when you click on the Map This, nothing happens and instead, on the bottom left corner of the IE browser, a little error message read "error on page" or "javascript:void()"? The Map This seems to work fine once you're inside a gallery, but not on the main page. Any idea what's going on?

Maybe you should check your IE version. A friend of mine just had SP1 for his IE6 and the whole mapping thing did not work for him. After getting all updates from windows update everything worked just fine.
Here's my IE6 about screen - listing all the updates I got:

    Hope this helps a bit,

Thanks for the response. I don't know if it's the IE version. I'm running IE6 with SP2. Is that the problem? The SP2? I've heard that it has bugs. What's strange though is that I can use the Map This function once I go into a gallery, but not on the main page.

You can take a look for yourself. The Epcot Center gallery has some geography points entered and that works fine.

Thanks, Andy. At least I know that I'm not going nuts here by myself. No, I haven't emailed to the folks at Smugmug yet. I thought there might be a simple solution to this and that I'd try to get it resolved here at dgrin rather than clog up more important questions at the Smug HQ. I'll shoot them the question though and see what's up.

It is a problem w/ the dashes in your username. There is no need for us to be using javascript to open up a simple window, so I will convert the link today to be a normal href.

JT, you mind taking a look at my site to confirm whether things are working properly? I just checked the Map This on the main page, and it's still getting the same error message.

We still have not released the changes I made to fix the problem, could be any time now but can't promise anything :)

JT - any indication of when the planned fix will be implemented? With the name Kahuna-kii, I fall into this lucky category.

    Thanks

Sorry, waiting on some other fixes before they all go out, should be soon hopefully.
