Can you export just a listing of category/sub/galleries?

I want to see in just a list directory all of my categories, subcategories, and galleries in one quick view. I am trying to add a bunch, but haven't been keeping track of what I have uploaded so far :doh

for example: here is one Category with its ....subs and
