Sizes not valid????

I have uploaded some pics so I can try our the site on the 14 day trial before I spend the money. So i uploaded some pics and tried to purchase them so I could see the quality of the print, it says my photo is not large enough to print larger than a 4x6??? Im confused, i used a canon rebel xt at highest pixel size. Help....
