Carry that nice soft lens tissue at all times and then even more important...
Remember to use it.
I have messed up not doing so more than once.
Which is once too many. This time it was dinging around with fountain
close ups. Just cuz. You know just cuz. Water spots don't show up in
the view finder well and if you don't catch it... every whatever shot there
after is going to suffer. Forgiving yourself doesn't come easy sometimes.
Especially if you missed something half decent.
Luckily I had taken the lions share of my rose shots before the fountain
came along. Just not this one.
After leaving the garden I lost a lot of pics with the waterspots still on the lens. Hope this hasn't happen to you.
