OK the next subject will be Weathered
It will run through today 7/17 through 7/30 8:00 pm PST
You can enter up to 3 photos.
Mini challenge rules

Subject must be weathered naturally not photoshop weathered. Whether it be animal, vegetable or mineral.

definition

Not that photoshop cannot be used but just that we would prefer main subject be naturally eroded or weathered.

    Rusted Lock
    This is the lock to the grainery at the barn on my dad's farm. The grainery/barn is probably well over 100 years old and has been in the family for a few generations.
    This is my first entry ever, as I'm just getting started, sort of. If I can find some other weathered photos I'll enter them too.
    Thanks for any feedback you can shoot my way.

    Wow this challenge is making realize that I really need to finally get all my old film stuff scanned and my Joshua Tree/Muir Woods RAW files finally processed. Coming up almost empty on digital format photos demonstrating weathering at the moment. Hopefully I can get a couple ready before it ends or take something new.

    EDIT: ok so I got some of my Joshua Tree N.P. edited (finally after over 3 years! thanks to the challenge providing a little extra impetus hah) adding two the mix here:
