One of my friends asked me to take some photos of her and her fiance and as I'm trying to see if I can turn my love of travel photography to a love of people photography I'd love your opinions, comments, criticisms. I'm tough, I can take it. :D

I think you captured their love quite well :D

REALLY like number 4. I can almost guarantee you that will be their save the date picture.

However, this belongs in the weddings forum :smack Not a big deal though rolleyes1.gif

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm happy for it to be moved to the wedding forum... weddings scare me though, no way I'd try shooting one at this point, too much pressure!

Number 4 is one of my favourites as well, unfortunately the light was behind them so I had to use flash but I'm fairly happy with the result.

I think you should make the transition to working with people very nicely. These are great!

#3... Awesome, scary and love your perspective.
#4.... Really is beautiful. (I second the comment about embracing flash. Very nice balance.)

I've moved this over to the 'wedding' forum. You were definitely not wrong with posting this in the People forum, but I think it may get even more attention here.

    Nice shots, btw thumb.gif

3 and 4 are the clear winners in this group!! I keep looking at number 1, her arm looks like it's been pulled off and reattached backwards! It just looks awkward to me!!

    Thanks for the comments.

Number 1 is I agree not the best pose. I asked him to give her a piggy back, and he picked her up like this - so I had to get the photo of course. :D
