The vantage point is pretty nice. But the colors aren't working for me. I think a part of it is the brown grass in the foreground and perhaps the off-ramp to the right that distracts from the bridge. I like the color in the sky--a bit more detail in the clouds would be great.

I feel the road on the right should've been avoided in the comp...
Honestly bothers me. But I see how you wanted more cityscape...
If you want the road then go wider to balance a little?

The processing seems kinda fun and different, I can see Ian's point but I really do like your processing in a way...

I kinda like the road, partially because it brings the oft-overlooked island into the scene when SF usually grabs it all!

This is a very cool take on a familiar spot.
