IPTC Headline and Caption

Hi,
Every year or so I give smugmug a trial run.

Question: I am used to using the IPTC fields like this:
Headline -> Title of picture
Caption -> A little extra text on the picture (commentary, etc)

I see that Smugmug automatically picks up Caption (and keywords) but not the Headline. Why not? Am I missing something?

    We use IPTC Description for Caption.

    I now see that the request for IPTC Headline as an option has been requested. Any input why it hasn't been implemented? (other sites do it).
