Internet Explorer 8 is fuzzy

I'm not sure how best to describe this, but when viewed in Firefox, my site (the images, text, banner) are nice and sharp, but in IE8 they are appearing slightly fuzzy and the whole web page is larger, almost like it's be upscaled and lost resolution.

Is this a setting in IE8 or is there some code I need to add to tell IE8 not to mess with the scale of my web page?

Sounds like the page is zoomed. Check View > Zoom > 100%
or hold the Ctrl key and hit zero
