...a photographer runs out during a brief lull and runs back just as quick as the heavens opened again and decided it wanted to dump an entire hose pipe bans worth of water on me and my camera.

Never had chance to get a couple of exposures due to the rain suddenly falling again. Highlights are a little harsh but still..

Hopefully you'll get some Rain Brian but not the amounts we've seen up here. Parts of Liverpool are under water (Bootle). I'm fortunate enough to be in Allerton which is right up there next to the hughest point in Liverpool (Mossley Hill).

hehe, indeed . The irony is amusing indeed although raw sewage floating through the streets of Bootle can't be fun.
