Black-Chinned Hummingbirds

I visited the Hill Country recently and was able to spend quite a bit of time watching and photographing these little jewels. My only gripe is that no male would flash that purple gorget. Oh well..I was glad to get them at flowers.

The bird seems a bit perturbed at some of those yet to open yellow flowers.
