Like the lack of contrast in foreground, it works.

PS - I agree with Ben's observations about the couple and, though it is a small element and easy to miss on first look, the chair in the street.

Like:
- Couple together sharing a private moment together in a public place (and with you...)
- Focus is dead on with a good selection of SS and aperture
- Random chair
Dislike:
- The "Abercrombie" printed on her back. Sad that fashion values are not that different than in U.S.
- Left edge distraction of whitish pole/equipment. I recommend considering cropping the left 10% (but leave the man there) to turn it into a 4:5 ratio OR keeping the square format but taking 10% off the top too. I find that this increases emphasis on the couple.
