Someone stole a watermarked photo of mine tonight and I am wondering how this was done. It is a custom watermark which is hosted on the smugmug site. The largest size to view was medium. Anyone else have had this happen?

Hi, define 'stolen' - if you show a photo on the internet, it can be had, with a little effort. This is why watermarking is important. Any photo can be screen-grabbed with a tool like jing, or skitch, instantly. Right click protection is only a mild deterrent, but still useful to a degree, but easily defeated by modern browsers.
