Ambush bug on the forsythia.
Wasp eating an earwig. Whiffed the focus a tiny bit, he buzzed in for a brief moment then buzzed off with his prey. Thank you, wasps! :thumb
Jumper on the roses and daylilies.
First of the scarlet daylilies blooming. Trying out f22 for DOF.

the ambush bug is great, best lighting of this set
not sure about the square crop, might look better cropping half the distance from bugs head to the top & a little off the right hand side. leaving more space in front of bug.
