Support Heroes?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
How long does it take for the real people support group to respond to a question? I sent a message from the help page asking for help with uploading my photos (I've been getting lots of errors everytime I upload pics that are within the size limits and in the correct format and it's become very frustrating). It's been several days and I haven't received any communication, not even a confirmation that they got my request. Do I need to resend it?

Did you check your spam folder? Sorry if that seems like a dumb question, but the replies almost always end up there when I contact the help desk.

Hi, we answer many emails in minutes, most always within an hour or two. Yes, I've been checking my Spam folder, but haven't seen anything. I'll resend it and hopefully it'll go through this time! Thanks
