Shopping Cart Problem?

I have had two potential buyers in the past month report that they're unable to get an image to show up in their shopping cart. I asked both which browser they're using, and haven't heard back from either yet. I'll update if I get more info. Both are frustrated. Both resulted in lost sales.
I have had sales go through during this time, so whatever it is, it isn't completely broken. Is there a known problem with a particular browser that I can advise people to stay away from? Any other troubleshooting tips? I advised that the first contact the help desk, but she apparently didn't want it quite that badly. The second is a friend, so I expect to hear back with more info.

Its possibly that they are blocking cookies. The cart requires cookies to store the selections they wish to purchase. We have some tips and ways to check the settings here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies
