Very nice capture, but the color looks a bit unnatural. The damselflies I am used to are not so metallic-looking.

the color is normal
its an european species , called lantern [translated from dutch ] , (Ischnura elegans)

it appears it gets its [dutch] name from the glowing blue ring on the tail
