Downloading Pictures from a Pro Gallery

I have just come back from a group trip to Israel. I set up galleries for each person on the trip to be able to upload their photos, so the images could be viewed and shared by all. The problem is that when someone right-clicks on an image in the gallery to download or copy it, the resulting image they receive is very small and low res. Can someone please help me with this? The whole idea of setting up this gallery was so we could share images and they would be better quality than on facebook.

Enable originals in the gallery and then have the person hover over the larger image and select "Save Photo" from the Smugmug window that pops up. This will download the original image (same one that was uploaded). Right-click only saves what you see on screen which is typically a lot smaller than what was uploaded.

Alternatively, customization #9 here will automatically add a Download Image button to any gallery that is set to allow originals.
