I've been working everyday, no time to really go shooting, so here are
just a few random pics from around the house.

I did go one place, to the fine art exhibit at the state fair. Yeah, my pic
was rejected again, for the 5th straight year. So it's official, I suck.:D
Oh well, maybe next year.

On the way to the show.

A night game.

And of course, a couple of flowers.

    hi Dave
your ballpark, bird on wire and gladioli pics really caught my attention - i like the compsoition in all three, the warm tones and the lights against the sky in the first pic and the contrast between the background and flowers in the gladioli.

Does the Fair have a "Theme".... or is it just .... any kinda' photograph? Sorry bout' using a variation of your thread title. Late night post on my part. Brain not working. We lived in the Minneapolis area for a short time. Would have stayed if they could move it 500 miles south. My favorite Bumper Sticker I saw there.... "I came. I thawed. I transferred".

Thanks Dan. I haven't seen that bumper sticker, but it brought a smile to my
face.:D The Fair's art show is made up of 8 or 9 categories. Oils, drawings,
photography, sculpture, and so on. There really isn't a theme, so it's just
an eclectic group of art work.

    My best butterfly pic.
