I prefer the color shot. Where is this?

I was so bummed I forgot my tripod. Had to use a rock and just steady it with my hand.

At least you found a rock that would work. Very cool location.

Me too, but both are very nice, and the B&W might make a very nice large print.

    Lovely lighting well rendered.

Anwmn1- There was another really nice spot but no rock to put my camera on, just flowing water so I could not get that shot. Next time I guess.
Pathfinder- Thanks! I would be interested in seeing a large print of the b&w. For some reason on the colored image, the rock on the top middle portion of the image seems blurry perhaps because I was not using a tripod, I have considered cropping that part out, but at the same time I think it adds to the image.

You pulled it off well for no tripod. I like the BW better, just because the high contrast in the color version leaves a lot of black deadspace. Maybe better with a crop.
