Motocross....first time in 3yrs.
I stopped shooting at the local MX track about 3 years ago, maybe more. Yesterday I decided to head out to the track to knock some of the rust off.
It was fun, but after spending the entire day at the track, then spending hours on the pc processing and editing, not to mention starting the uploads, I remembered why I didn't miss it....it's a ton of work. :rofl
At least when I was doing it before I had a guaranteed paycheck, covering the races for a district magazine, but yesterday was one of those shoot and hope someone buys a photo days. I won't be doing that again anytime soon, way too much work involved, to hope.
Here are two shots from yesterday:
Even if I don't make a sale, it was fun to get out there again, and the weather was great.

That first shot is killer. Really good capture. And I understand what you mean. Speculative sports shooting is a lot more work than most people realize, especially the participants. Good luck on sales!

Thanks, a few sales would be a bonus.
Here's a shot I played with some grungy HDR tonemapping effects on:
I shouldn't be messing around with HDR, being as I haven't finished proofing / uploading yet....
