Keyword search within an album

Is it possible to restrict a keyword search to only return photos which belong to a specific album?
I know I could (sort of) fake this by adding an album-specific keyword to each photo (just do a keyword search for both the album-specific keyword plus the keyword I want to search). Unfortunately, this workaround isn't good enough for me - photos in the album of interest contains photos collected whose keywords I don't want to modify.
Any other ideas?
