Why can i not upload photos!

Is anyone else having trouble uploading right now? I'm working under a huge deadline which is very near and my site WILL NOT LET ME UPLOAD ANYTHING. IT'S DRIVING ME FU**ING NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, I'm so sorry you're having trouble. We can help. The best way is to write our heroes with details of what's happening - what browser, what OS (Mac/Win?), what errors you're having and what uploader you are using.

    Hey Andy. I've already sent TWO emails. Have not had a response. Sorry, I know I'm being high-maintenance here, but this is literally the most important photography project I've ever worked on, and this is stressing me out big time.

    Just found out from our Ops that we're having some troubles with uploading right now, and they're on it. It's sporadic, and not affecting all users. We'll get it fixed as fast as superhumanly possible. Sorry for the hassle.

    I'm running into the same thing; have a deadline and uploading 1,000 photos (yep, 1,000).

    About 100 were showing up a minute ago but now those galleries show "page 1 of 0" and no photos are showing up. Do I need to re-upload, just wait, etc.?

    Looks like we're in read-only mode. I just found out when trying to change some settings on a gallery after it looked funny. Hopefully it was looking funny because something was just broken.

    From my past experience, just wait until we're back running all clear again before doing anything or you'll waste a lot of time chasing dupes/missings. thumb.gif

    They're usually pretty good about fixing stuff that's broken, and I've been with SM almost half a decade now. clap.gif

    Yeah, outages seem to happen at the worst times. But it's important to remember that any outage will be at the worst time for somebody out there. :cry
