Boston, bridges, and boats

Here is one of the shots I got on the photo walk in Boston on Saturday. What do you think? Too much processing?

    hey Cab,
    Thought I would comment on this one as it has had 90+ views so far without one ne_nau.gif
    I had a tough time when i walked by here in trying to find a vantage point that worked. I think the bridge to the right works well but would like to see it closer to the bottom of the frame - thus excluding some of the boats.
    The bridge to the left doesn't quite work for me. Not enough of it there to be part of the image; just enough to be a distraction
    As for the processing, it feels a bit flat and could use some curves, blacks and contrast added in
