Good afternoon folks. With the approaching storm (Katrina)...all my backyard birds have flown the coop. :D Nothing much to shoot today....and the lighting is pretty poor. Thought I'd share some of the other things in the backyard and next door. Here are a few pics of some NON ANIMAL shots. Plants this time. :huh :dunno O.K. I was really bored and a bit stir crazy. :rofl Some palm trees and things.

Cheers

    Hey Mike,

You have to shoot what you got. You did really well with this series. Interesting compositions, good colors and fine details. thumb.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry & Ben. These things are much easier to shoot than those BIF..that's for sure. I don't even have to sweet talk them into posing. :D I wonder if the palm frawns taste like chicken? I know the pelicans do. eek7.gifrolleyes1.gif
