Sports are great fun to shoot. You have the opportunity to convey emotion,
strength and finese of sport.
In this shot, you've captured the hold but cut the heads off other players in
the shot. Perhaps a vertical crop to show the holding might give this a better
look. Overall, the exposure looks a little dark.
I'd also suggest bumping the ISO up to at least 800. Higher depending on
the noise.
Ben C is far more experienced than I at these shots. Perhaps he's got some
input?

I'm not perfectly happy with my images as the night gets darker (I'd be nervous if I was; perfection is a goal not easily obtained) but at least I didn't cut any of the players' heads off
