Ah....this is Mr.Wells at his best. Terrific shot, Randy. Makes me want to throw this thing on and saddle up.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Very nice processing applied to your subject. Neat ol hat captured well. thumb.gif
For some inexplicable reason I miss not fully seeing the top rung of the chair.
I see the next one down well enough to see it plays its roll in set just fine.
I suppose I am just expecting to see the upper rung to be for the hat to ride across.
Hmmmm headscratch.gif No biggy. Just saying.

Wow! Randy, your western still life photography is your best work, in my opinion, followed closely by your landscapes.

This one is phenomenal! Color, lighting and composition are spot on! Beautiful! thumb.gif

Guess I need to recalibrate my monitor again (it's been a while) ~ I can faintly see the top rung. If you can't, that would be an understandable comment thumb.gif

    Lee,

Those are VERY nice words! Thank you for not only looking, but your input.

I really enjoy shooting western items due to my appreciation for that historic time period. I need to get off my saddle and shoot some more rolleyes1.gif

Another superb shot, Randy. Lots of texture in this one, which to me adds to the character of the shot. Well done!
