Photos In Wrong Format

I've been uploading quite a few photos to my site over the last week or so into new galleries. Yesterday and today I started 3 new ones and when I view them now, all of the photos on the main gallery page are in the "square" format with cropping instead of the "original" format that I want. No matter what I do to change the settings in the gallery tools they will not change. Could someone help me. If you want to check it out my website is www.etherealight.com and if you go under "New Galleries" and scroll to the last few at the bottom you'll see what I mean. All of the others are fine however.
