First Impressions of LR3

I uploaded some trial images (jpegs) just to mess around with Lightroom 3 and I must say I'm impressed with the "Develop" part of Lightroom 3!
I haven't had a chance to sit down and actually try the other parts yet.
In addition, I downloaded a plug-in for SmugMug so it will be easy to upload to the web.
The "auto" settings seem to be really nice- and very accurate (to me) for what I like..
Anyone else have first impressions???
