Ah- yet another scammer on E-Bay...

If you paid with paypal...let them know......let ebay know and ask the seller for a refund.....it the SN is no good then the SW is no good.

Do not wait and do not get into an arguement with the seller.....also if you used Paypal but it went thru a credit card....contact card company also.......

Did you triple check the SN to make sure you input it correctly.......I quit typing mine and only copy and paste them into the boxes.............

You should also do a thorough scan with a virus scanner and a spyware scanner. (I recommend Malwarebytes.org and the Microsoft free safety scanner at onecare.live.com). Pirated software often has unwanted hitchhikers hiding in the code.

My thoughts exactly- gonna wipe the disk and start fresh.
