deciding on a metal print

I'd like to get a metal print after reading the rave reviews...now to select a photo. For those that have experience with them, do you feel an all white or all black background would be better for this type of shot? I'm also deciding on auto color correction or not...

Canon 7D and some stuff that sticks on the end of it.

    I am not as experienced as many in this community but have had some metal print samples done with some of my work and in my opinion I would expect the black background image to really pop on a metal print.

    Bay Photo offers a three print sample pack at a reasonable price so you can see the three different finish options.
