Help me learn with C&C :bow
Small spider on a thistle plant. Moderate crop, some LR brushwork to tame the hotspots.
Grasshopperish creature... Cropped to pano format. I turned the flash comp way down because the wings were so reflective, but still have some bright highlights.
And another pretty damsel in understated colors. Not sure if the shadows from the cattails accent the vertical lines or distract from the image. :scratch What do you think?

spider looks too soft, presumably because its a crop :nono
1st damsel shot looks best, but shooting from side would be better
