Wolf Kill (Slightly Graphic)

Going through some old files and came across this image that was taken in Yellowstone on October 19, 2008. The Canyon Pack made this kill at North Twin Lake, but they were soon joined by a grizzly that took the carcass away from them. I left the park that day, but understand both the wolves and the bear were in the area for several days.

    Great capture and back-story. Maybe the one on the right was wondering if you were a second grizzly that they'd have to start feeding… :D
