    Hi James. Welcome to Dgrin. I'm afraid I can't see your pic. Check your link again. If you are linking to a pic in a Smugmug gallery, go to Customize Gallery and make sure that external links are allowed.

    Looking forward to seeing your pic of SF. I lived there many years and the photo ops are endless. :):

    Cheers,

    That's better. Great exposure and color. The sky is fantastic. It might have been framed to include more sky and eliminate the parking structure, which has a jarring tone compared to the rest. Where did you shoot it from?

    Regards,

    I agree on the framing, that's why I need a new tripod...
    I shot this from my girlfriends amazing apartment, 19 stories up, bad shots are impossible!
    Thanks for the constructive critisim thumb.gif

    Hi there,

    I agree with Richard's comments as to composition distribution. It is a shame the the pyramid building is chopped off at the tip.

    The colors are wonderful --as well as exposure and sharpness.

    Welcome to Dgrin, by the way.

    Great Shot!!
    Great exposure!! Incredible view!!

    At first I thought you took it near Coit Tower but the angle didn't make sense. Your girlfriend has a great view. I doubt I'd go anywhere if I lived there with a view like that.

    I'll actually be in SF next weekend and was looking for some photo ideas and angles I haven't taken. I looked at your site and I must had missed your SF folder. Would you mind sending or posting a link to it? Thanks and again, great work!!

    It is kinda near coit tower actually but it's well... here;http://maps.google.com/maps?q=taylor+st+and+green+st,+san+francisco&spn=0.023388,0.039669&hl=en
    Whenever we're there we hardly leave... usually just for some dinner in North Beach. I have some SF shots in this gallery;

    Thanks so much for looking and thanks for the compliment, I'm gonna take a look through your site too!
