I recently had a customer purchase a 30x40 Metallic print from my smugmug site.
Most of the time - people buying prints do the usual 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10 - but was thrilled to see this person purchase a nassive 30x40. Rarely do I follow up with customers afterwards but I was curious to see how this peron liked their big print so I did email them and here is the feedback I got below - I knew that Bay would do a great job on the packaging in shipping such a large print. At bottom is the image they purchased.
"the print was beautiful, but don’t know what I was thinking! LOL It will be fine, but it’s going to be about 35x45 when it gets back from the framing shop…we may have to raise the ceiling in our office!
Beautiful finish (metallic), though. Great packing job from smugmug, too. Love the pic!"
