I have my galleries set up as smugmug style, and everything is sretchy. When I click on the slideshow button myself in any of my galleries, everything shows up perfect. My parents in california, however, get an image that is too large for their monitor. The bottom of the image is cut off. They claim it is the exact size as if they just clicked on "Xlarge" They have the issue on Intenet explorer 8 on their PC laptop, but not while using google chrome on another laptop. I am on a mac using Firefox 3.6.8 and have no issues at all.
Whats wrong? Can I fix this?

This may be related: I posed a similar question here and the helpdesk is currently working the case.
(BTW, I don't see the full-screen slideshow magnification affected by the browser zoom setting. But I'm definitely at 100%.)
BigRed, i'm having the problem with vertical and landscape images, please let me know what you learn, or pass along my info as well? thanks
I checked with the parents, everything was set to 100%. I did from snooping on my own, and found that it happens to me too, on my firefox browser, and my wifes IE 8 browser as well. I watched my slideshow and clicked on different images, clicking into the slideshow more than once. Some images are shown in full, others are zoomed in way too far. When i clicked out of the slideshow, then back in, DIFFERENT images were too zoomed in, and some of the previous zoomed images were just fine. Smugmug programming glitch?
Also happening on my other website, http://www.adamopetphotos.com/portfolio/pets

Status Update: I submitted screenshots to the helpdesk last night, and the bug doctors are on the case. The image truncation appears to have something to do with the size of the monitor and the size of the images. It occurs on my 22" monitor, but not on my 15" laptop.
It occurs on my 17" laptop, my parent's 15" laptop, but not on my 24" cinema display that i plug my laptop into.

I haven't received a notification from the helpdesk, but it looks like this bug has been fixed:
