Uploads not working for days

Why did you guys change the simple uploader??? Now it doesn't work at all. I have been trying for three days and it goes through the whole spiel of uploading but no images appear in the galleries. It worked just fine before you decided to change it for no reason. I don't have time for the other 2nd rate uploaders!

Can anyone please explain why it's problem after problem after problem with Smugmug? I'm just really irritated by this stuff... and ESPECIALLY when it affects my business. Now, my customers will NOT be getting their images when they wake up....as they were promised. Only major disappointment with breakfast!

Hi, I checked your upload log http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/uploadlog.mg and it indicates some communication errors between you and us. Please write our Support Heroes we'll be happy to help and diagnose - from our help desk. Thanks!

Smugmug heroes always come through. I just wish they weren't forced to work so hard all the time fixing problems. thumb.gif

So was this an issue with the new uploader or some non-SM problem such as ISP connectivity issues, etc? Just asking in case others encounter similar problems.
Canon 7D and some stuff that sticks on the end of it.

Great...thanks for the info! I noticed the new uploader (mainly because it begins uploading immediately and I no longer have to click on "upload"). No issues so far, but thought I'd ask, just in case to save a future support ticket on your end.

I love the new uploader. I think it was a fantastic upgrade.
