Hey Support Heroes,
I'm Robert, my site is http://the-camera-man.smugmug.com, and I'm using Firefox on Windows.
The question is:
I shoot in Hawaii, So i want to have different types of packages, such as the "sea turtle" package and the "whale" package. For example, the "sea turtle" might have 2 4x6's and a 5x7; the "whale" might have an 8x10, 2 5x7's, etc. My question is, how can these packages be multi gallery type and still allow me to offer them to only select people? Can i put a password on the packages? That way I could simply give select customers the password so that when they click on the "sea turtle" package, they would be able to get whatever great pricing I would want to offer for great customers. The problem as I see it now is this:
anyone can go to "BUY>PHOTO PACKAGE" and select the Sea Turtle package and get that special pricing. Help please!

Hi Robert,
Thanks for writing!
So you are looking to only offer certain packages for certain customers? This isn't exactly possible. To do exactly this, you would need to separate galleries into customer galleries, and give each one a different package to use since the packages are gallery based, and not customer based.
You can also try utilizing coupons for these customers instead of the packages. You may find they could be more prone to purchasing more photos when they see 10% or 20% off versus seeing the actual cost of the package, just a suggestion however.
Any further questions, please feel free to email us a help@smugmug.com. We are always here, or there to help.
