Our family piled into the mini-van and drove just over 3500 miles in ten days. Good quality time with our two teens and the dog! We saw some amazing scenery and had a wonderful time. Here are some shots from the trip:

    The Big Adventure
Yup, two teens, one vehicle, no dvd player, only one front passenger seat.... It could have been a stressful vacation, but we got lucky. The girls CHOSE to have a good time, and they did! You never know what kind of attitude the teens will wake up with, and they were amazing and wonderful the entire trip. They went to museums, visited old people, missed the tv & internet, and woke up early too. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had. It was their last hurrah of the summer, they started high school the day after we got home. :D

More pics in my photo gallery - including pics of the girls actually smiling. Click on Photo gallery and it's the first page of photos listed - Vacation 2005.
