Question about feedback

I'm new here, only a few posts and a few comments, and haven't yet gotten a good sense of what to expect in the way of feedback in the various threads. I've noticed that sometimes there are few or no comments even in the Refinery thread, even after many views. If there are few or no comments, does it generally mean folks think the shot is just mediocre and have nothing especially good or bad to say? Not a complaint, just wondering.

Natural selection is responsible for every living thing that exists.
D3s, D500, D5300, and way more glass than the wife knows about.
Is there any way to account for those 'fake' views?
It does make a difference if there are 20 views without comments on a post vs 250

obviously bad stuff usually gets comments because it easy to pick out what somone needs to improve
really good stuff usually gets comments no mater what
posts with pointed questions usually gets responses
long timers get courtesy responses from other long timers since there is more familiarity and such
then there is the whole mushy middle...not quite bad enough to really give easy pointers to..not quite good enough to grab folks attention.
I have noticed that sometimes it just takes 1 response to kick off flurry of responses as folks start riffing off of each others. Just take it for what it is worth and don't take it personally and keep plugging away.
