I'm shooting the Western & Southern Tennis tournament for a local sports website and here are some of them.

    I like #9, would have liked more leg (but then I always want more leg of Sharapova)

    #1 looks blown

    2.8 was the right aperture for the crowd

    kick ass series! some great action shots..a few have rather heavy green cast to them of course

    bowdown.gif Fantastic series. #5 takes the cake for me. I agree about the green cast on some of them.

    You really rocked the D300. Were you using the 80-200 on the big body and the 300 on the D300?

    Yes your right on the setup. And on the green cast its high noon and 100 deg. I'm shooting in jepeg and i'm used to raw so pp is a little diffrent.

    Awesomeness! Really great job!! I also noted the green cast, but that is to be expected with the court and mid day situation. Other than the cast, the action you captured here is fabulous. Just wondering why you chose to shoot jpeg and not Raw as usual? It is so very hard to adjust wb in post w/ Jpeg. Just wondering why you didn't shoot in RAW? Thanks for posting! :)

    Time, but I will be back to RAW and yes that's the reson wb. And thank you very much for your comments. Plus I never said but this is the first time shooting tennis of any kind.

    ahh..so the color cast is fromt he green court refelcting the sunlight? I hdn't thought of that
