full screen video not displaying correctly

This video is not displaying correctly when viewed in full screen mode:

I'm seeing bands on the top and bottom of the screen from the image being used as the thumbnail. It happens in Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

Any fix?

As a first step, please make sure you have the current version of Adobe Flash.

You can download this from the following link:

http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

If that doesn't fix this for you, would you mind writing us at the helpdesk? We will likely need some more information from you on the video, etc.

What you describe in the referenced post sounds like a problem that only you were seeing on your machine? Or am I misunderstanding. Apparently the person who responded to me also saw this when viewing the video. I am also seeing this display incorrectly on my laptop.

You have to click on the "Stretch: On" at the bottom right. I don't understand why that button even exists instead of just going full-screen in the first place.
